Our Rooms & Suites

Accommodation:

There are three beautifully appointed Queen sized bedrooms fitted with crisp white linen and fluffy pillows for you to snuggle into for a good night’s sleep. The stone walls create an atmosphere of warmth and romance. Mary’s Room has its own en-suite bathroom with complementary Salus toiletries.

Harriet’s and The Sheffield rooms share the second bathroom, all rooms are centrally heated.

Living Areas:

There are two living areas: a cosy living room with a wood heater in the original stone fireplace, and a long enclosed, light filled verandah, perfect for curling up with a good book and enjoying the delightful garden.

There are two flat screen televisions, a DVD player and CD/radio stereo and Wi-Fi.

The Garden:

Designed by landscape architect Michael Bligh and plantings by Jennie Churchill, two acres surrounding the Cottage have been transformed from a tussock strewn sheep paddock to a lovely ‘four seasons’ garden, including a tennis court. There are many peaceful spots to sit and read or to simply stroll and enjoy the many plants, trees and roses. The garden is beautiful at any time of year.
